Apologies for missing today's lesson
Dear 4E4,
I would hereby like to express my sincere apologies for missing our English lesson today. There were some pressing disciplinary issues I had to resolve, and I felt that if I were not present, the situation would have gotten out of hand.
I just want you all to know that you are important to me. I know I am behind on marking your assignments, and I am doing my best to rectify that. Your progress in English and your well-being matters to me.
Keep up the good efforts that I see so far - you are a class that learns quickly. The key area for improvement is you have to be more conscientious and careful with your work, and be willing to put in just that much more effort to get the marks you deserve.
Keep striving, and I will see you all tomorrow.
Yours sincerely,
Miss Ruby.
